Mike Wilson is a highly motivated, articulate, and dedicated individual. I have worked very closely with him on the development of our non-profit group; FAFSOM. I have no doubt that whatever Mike sets his mind to doing will get done and done with precision and excellent. Mike is team player who is willing to roll up his sleeves and is never worried about who gets credit for what gets done.

Mike Wilson is one of the most talented leaders I have ever met. His ability to coordinate large projects effectively is one of the many things I admire about him. With Mike’s skills and abilities it would not surprise me to see him in a directorate level position in the near future.

“Mike is one of the most charismatic natural leaders I’ve ever met. He has a way of inspiring people and making them want to be a part of what he is doing or leading. He has an insatiable need to improve anything he is engaged in with a high level of respect to the business process owner. He works very hard to lead from the front and never shies away from a challenge.

I have known Mike Wilson for more than four years. We worked together for six intense months. Notwithstanding Mike’s years of training and experience with soldiers in the National Guard, his leadership skills with young people and adults are remarkable. Mike knows when to be firm and when to be compassionate. He can be kind and gentle or he can admonish with a look that sends the right message at the right time. Mike Wilson is respected and admired by those who work for him or with him. I am fortunate to call him a friend.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Mr. Mike Wilson. Mike and I worked for the Survivor Outreach Services program for several years. I directed the program, and Mike served as a State Coordinator for the state of Michigan. Mike served Military Survivors in his Michigan service area, but his direct supervisor consistently relied on Mike to assist in leadership jobs involving the region. As a natural leader, Mike Wilson is supportive, mentoring, and responsible for his work, clients, and co-workers. I remember on the very first week of our training in this program, we were training in Washington, DC and one of our co-workers was in a wheelchair, having recently had surgery. We took a tour of Arlington Cemetery, and Mike was pushing his co-worker's wheelchair up and down the hills. He had never met this particular person, but he saw a need, took the initiative, and displayed his leadership by doing the hard work. I was sad to see Mike move onto other adventures after the years we had spent together, but a guy like that needs to grow and lead. Leadership positions in Survivor Outreach Services were few and far between. I can recommend Mr. Michael Wilson as a leader, consultant, and friend to anyone! I only wish the best for him.
